The down payment and discount policies are also outlined, with a 10% discount for lump sum payments and additional charges for corner, park-facing, or main boulevard plots.

Booking Procedure of Green View City
The booking procedure for Green View City requires applicants to submit a filled application form, along with a bank draft, or pay the order in favor of Green View City Pvt. Ltd. The application form must be accompanied by a copy of the applicant’s CNIC and a passport-sized photograph. Once the required documents are submitted, the applicant can choose from various payment plans, including monthly and half-yearly installments or lump sum payments. Discounts are available for lump sum payments and certain categories of plots, such as comer plots, park face plots, and those on the main Boulevard. The booking procedure can be completed by visiting the office located at Office #1, 1st Floor, Latif Plaza, Main G.T. Road, Opposite NADRA Office, Kharian (Sarai Alamgir), or by contacting the UAN or email provided on the website.
There are two ways to book a plot in Green View City. The first is to visit our office in Gulberg Islamabad and make the payment in person. Alternatively, you can also opt for the convenience of online payment through a pay order or bank transfer. In this case, you would need to pay 20% of the total plot price to confirm your booking.
